Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Agreement between Advantage Systems Group LLC (“Advantage Systems,” “we,” “us”) and each customer (“you”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. Violating this AUP is a breach of the Agreement and may result in suspension or termination.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You and your Users will not, and will not permit any third party to:

a. use the Services in violation of any applicable Law, or to facilitate any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or tax evasion;

b. access or use the Services beyond the scope of your License, or access any account, system, or data you are not authorized to access;

c. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, structure, data models, or workflows of the Services, or use the Services to build, train, or improve a competing product or service or any AI system (see Terms Sections 4–5);

d. upload, store, or transmit any virus, worm, Trojan horse, malware, or other harmful code, or any material that infringes a third party’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;

e. upload, store, or transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content, or content that impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity or authority;

f. probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure of, the Services or any associated network;

g. interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, or impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure;

h. use any automated means (robot, spider, crawler, scraper) to access or extract data from the Services except as we expressly authorize;

i. remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice; or

j. resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties as a service bureau.

2. Security and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Access Information, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring your Users comply with this AUP. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.

3. Data Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter into the Services, including pricing, tax, fuel, and lottery data, and for ensuring you have the rights and consents needed for any personal information you process through the Services.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we deem appropriate, with or without notice, to protect the Services, our customers, or third parties, or to comply with Law. We may report suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time by posting an updated version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
