Account Deletion

You can delete your Advantage account and the associated store data at any time. This page explains how.
How to request deletion
Email support@advantagesystems.ai from the address on your account, or contact your store’s owner/administrator to have it done from Store Settings. We’ll confirm the request and process it.
What gets deleted
When an account is deleted we remove your login and personal profile, and on an owner’s request we remove the store’s connected data (sales, shifts, inventory, pricing, invoices, and uploaded documents).
What we may keep
We may retain a limited record where the law requires it (for example, financial or tax records) or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Anything retained stays encrypted and access-limited, and is removed once it is no longer required.
