Questions and answers
How are ticket sales counted?
By scan. At each close, the crew scans the top ticket in each bin, and sales are worked out from the change since the last count.
Does it cover online lottery?
Yes. Online sales and payouts come from the register's own figures.
Can a closed shift's lottery numbers change later?
Closed shifts keep the lottery figures they closed with. If a count has to be fixed, the correction is recorded.
Can I see what my crew did with each pack?
Yes. A daily log lists every pack activated, sold or swapped, and the reports show each pack's history.
