Which registers does Advantage work with?
Verifone Commander and Gilbarco Passport. If you run something else, tell us what you have and we will tell you straight whether it fits.
Does it work with a Verifone Ruby?
Yes, when the Ruby runs Commander. Verifone Ruby Sapphire is not supported.
What does setup need on a Gilbarco Passport store?
A one-time setting on the Passport Manager Workstation, which we do with you, and the Advantage connector on the store computer.
Does it work with my network provider?
Yes. The help center has setup guides for Acumera, Cybera, Fortinet, Hughes, Mako and Paysafe store networks.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Advantage works with the register and store computer you already have.
Which vendors can send invoices?
Any vendor can e-mail invoices to your store's address. Vendors that send electronic invoice files can update your item costs too. Ask us about yours.
